The Encounter Data Processing System experienced a report generation issue for MAO-001 and MAO-002 reports created from September 30 – October 2, 2017. Specifically, not all edit(s) and edit descriptions were populated in these reports. If your reports were impacted please utilize and reference the reports with the latest creation date as final version.

A fix has been promoted to production and new reports have been generated and will be sent to you by 5PM ET on 10/5/2017.  There were no impacts to the processing or adjudication of encounters.
